After about a week of walking for an hour each morning, I started back on P90X. It has been about 11 months since my last work out.  I had pain in my back and legs.  Being told not to do my workouts sort of was my excuse for not doing any physical activity.

Well that ends, and here I am back to it!

 

Today I did P90X Kenpo X just to see if i could do it.  I am so out of condition but I finished the routine.  So tomorrow I will start on the P90X classic schedule.

Jane u r wonderful. loved u'r story. am a coach too and am having cholesterol issues. can't wait to go in for bloodwork and see lower numbers. i buddied u b/c i saw u on the marathon group. u r a great lady and u'r not just jane u r JANE, wonder woman!!!!
