Rest day - NOT!

Rest is important when working out, I know!  I just actually switched my rest day to Friday since I work 12 hours in the ER.  Turbofire EZ 55 is tough at 4am in the morning. 

So far I'm feeling really good about my 30 days Challange.  Yesterday my calorie intake was spot on with exercise and nutrition.  I was able to enjoy homemade Blackberry Cobbler with Low Fat vanilla Ice Cream and still come in below.  Another reason to eat well most of the time and find time to work out!
