My Fitness Journey - 2011

Finished P90 sculpt 1/2 and man those pushups are rough....I am doing them from the knees and slowly.

 

I definately learned i need 5 lb weights instead of the 8s I was using and gloves too-- hands were getting sweaty by the move of swimmer's press.

All in all a good start.
