Derailed...Getting back on track!

OK, not proud to admit it, but after a lovely bout of Norovirus (stomach virus), I had to recover for almost 2 weeks.  Then the snow hit (more than 30 inches) and my workouts consisted of shoveling, leading to a wrenched shoulder!

When I don't workout, I don't have a lot of incentive to watch my eating habits, so that's been bad!

Starting back with Chalene tomorrow morning.  Back to healthier eating, and consistent workouts!
