Almost Spring

Alright....got back on track with my workouts (although I confess I missed a couple last month).  Now I really have to take control of my eating habits.  I can tell that there is some muscle under that layer of winter insulation!

More protein!  More water!  More veggies & fruit!

And I have to admit that I have been an abdominal workout slacker!  Time to deal with that pernicious little detail also!
