Hello Again...

We have been working out since October.... I noticed huge improvements in my clothing but not my weight.... So....

I decided to start the nutrition part of my transformation as well.... and I have lost 15.8 pounds to date.

It is so gratifying when you see progress... it makes the work feel well worth it.

If anyone ever tells you that getting fit is easy... they are not telling you the truth!

Keep up your travels... and keep moving forward.

2nd FIT Test

AMAZING results!!!

I definately improved at every exercise, some better than others but it has only been 2 WEEKS... we have 7 to go!!

I am so excited to continue!

You have to try this workout if you want to see results.

Day 3 Cardio Strength and Resistance

Another Insane workout... this just keeps getting better.

I was sore from yesterday, as was the consensus of the group :o)

Diet was horrible today, definately somthing I need to work on.

Gotta Luv the good pain.

Day 2

All I can say is CRAZINESS... we all worked extremely hard.  That is definately a hard workout.

We will do this again on Saturday... so I hope to get stronger!!

Looking forward to Day 3... I cannot believe I said that!!?!

The INSANITY begins!!

I started this fitness group with people I know... I wasn't sure how the turnout would go, but there were 7 people there!!! I was estatic.  There was also another that we missed, my fault but that makes 8.... CRAZINESS!

We started today with the FIT test... holy cow!!!  The warm-up was a workout, but we made it through.

I am proud of everyone for SHOWING UP... and myself for finally getting this going!!
