Hello Again...

We have been working out since October.... I noticed huge improvements in my clothing but not my weight.... So....

I decided to start the nutrition part of my transformation as well.... and I have lost 15.8 pounds to date.

It is so gratifying when you see progress... it makes the work feel well worth it.

If anyone ever tells you that getting fit is easy... they are not telling you the truth!
