In an effort to keep tabs on my progress, I'm going to start blogging my workout of the day, as well as any specific notes associated with that given day.

This was my first time trying this specific workout, and it was deceptively intense.  I really enjoyed the variety of moves (as well as the intensity), so this one will be a regular addition to my hybrid workout routine.
