I have the opportunity as a Beachbody Coach to speak to people from all walks of life. When I talk to people that do not exercise on a regular basis the biggest excuse I hear is “I do not have the time to exercise”. Now I know that nowadays our lives are getting more and more hectic. People are waking up earlier, staying up later, and sleeping less and less. However, I also know that when someone says they do not have the time to exercise, it really is just an excuse. You show me the busiest person in the world and I guarantee you that no matter what they have 10-30 minutes a day free at some point to elevate their heart rate and break a sweat.
