2am - I get up and eat a Banana and a slice of whole grain bread with natural peanut butter on it. I go back to bed.
3am - I get up and workout (I was not eating at 2am but I was running out of steam in my workouts so this fixed it for me)
4:30am - I’ll do a Protein shake with some Greek yogurt in it. (If I am out of the protein, I will eat some oatmeal with 1 TBS of organic honey and maybe a few raisins)
5:00am - on my way to work, I eat 2 apples
8:00am - I will Eat 4-6 egg scramble with green peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and jalapeno's. I'll also have fried potatoes and bacon.
12:00pm - I will have a salad, Dark GREENS, not iceberg lettuce, so like Spinach, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and a lean meat with it like chicken, or tuna. I pile this pretty high!
3:30pm - I will juice some fruits/veggies - some Kale, Spinach, Romaine lettuce, 1 tomato, 1 apple, 1 orange, some ginger and garlic.
6:00pm - Dinner: A Lean meat, with steamed veggies and maybe some wild or brown rice.
7:30pm is around when I go to bed.
