First day back

Today I got on the radio with my favorite morning show the Bobby Bones Show. Talking to him made me realize how much time I'm wasting. I have goals that I really want to reach and sitting here on my butt doing nothing isn't getting me any closer. I'm 25. Live at home. Hate my job. And I'm still a semester away from graduating from college fo the last 4 years. It's kind of embarassing. So getting on the radio made me realize that my dreams aren't going to reach themselves. time to go to work.

So I put in Insanity.....and.....

I made it about half way though before I had to stop. I feel great now that I'm  typing on the computer. Man was I in pain. I've recruited 2 friends to join me to keep me motivated to finish workouts. We're going to start next week. Until then, I'm going to do this everyday so I can have a little advantage on them...hehehe

What I learned today.....there's a serious mental block that keeps me from goieng on. I'm not tired at all....but my head was telling me different while I was doing the workout.

Shoulder Hurts

So today is Shoulders and Arms day....I was just in a motorcycle accident about a month ago and my shoulder is killing me. I'm a keep pushing, but not to the point of injuring my shoulder. Anyone else with shoulder problems got any advice????

First Day

I am completely ready to start. I've had P90X for 3 years now and I haven't completed a single week yet. I've started quite a few times, but I just never found the lasting motivation to get it done.

That's the biggest thing that I can give someone who hasn't finished P90X is to find your true motivation. Your motivation has to be something that can make you DO.....not just THINK.

I was once told that the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little EXTRA.....

Don't think about what hurts, or what is sore.

Don't think about the cost because time is priceless. I'd give way more money than the 120 bucks it cost for P90X to have more time with passed family members.

Don't think about building a wall.... Think about laying that 1 brick as perfectly as you can everyday, then your wall will come.

Think about the success that you can have. Think about your family. Think about being the motivation to get your loved ones in shape. Think about looking like Tony Horton at age 52. Think about whatever you need to think about to get your butt moving.

Just show up.
