It's been a while since I've written a blog and I think I am going to make it an everyday thing. This way I can stay accountable to myself and to those who look to me for motivation and a little inspiration.
On Monday February 15th I will be starting a hybrid rotation that will consist of Chalean Exreme, P90X, P90X+ and Insanity.
My weight rotations will be P90X one week, CLX on the next, so each phase will have 2 weeks of each. Then I will go onto the next phase. Example, this week I will be doing Chest & Back, Plyometrics, Shoulders & Arms, Cardio Recovery (Insanity), Legs & Back and Kenpo, then the next week will be Burn Circuit 1, Fat Burn Challenge, Burn Circuit 2, Burn Intervals, Burn Circuit 3 and Recharge. This will go for the first month, then I will Change to second phase for both, Push Circuit and P90X (this phase will include P90X+) and then the 3rd phase will be Lean Phase and P90X. I'm sure this will definitely confuse my muscles.
I will be using resistance bands instead of weights!
My eating will be based on the Fat Smash Diet for the 90 days and in that time I hope to reach my goal of 35 lbs lost and a nice toned body!
