New Year New You?

I hope everyone has started this year with  a bang!  I purchased the new Les Mills Pump and I am so loving this workout! I know it will take me the rest of the way on my journey to get this weight off and be in a good fit condition.  If you think you are fit??? Try this workout. I promise you it will lean you out!  Plus it is so fun!!  Have you ever done a Body Pump class in a gym? Same thing! Only I can do it at home and that is the only way I can exercise. I do not have time to go to the gym.

 

This is going to be an exciting year for me. Beachbody is an incredible company and I am so thankful to have found this coaching opportunity.  You really should check this out.

Can you believe it is already August?

Wow! This year is flying by. I am just amazed. So many good things are happening in my life and I hope you can say the same.

My new granddaughter will be here any day now!  Very excited!!

My Beachbody business is growing and I am more excited than ever. I am sure I will be using this as my sole means of support sooner than I had anticipated.  This is an amazing company. Whether you are here because of the workouts or the nutritionals or you are like me and earning money I am sure you agree this is an amazing company.

I am starting Brazil Butt Lift today and will be doing Power 90 along side it for more upper body workouts.  I have heard amazing remarks on this product and am excited to give it a try.  I will be writing more and let you know how I like it.

How are your New Years Resolutions coming along?

Wow, February is almost over. Another year flying by.  I am happy about several things in my life.

First one is that I am going to be a Grandma again!! I am soooooo excited. I also will be getting two second nieces or nephews! We will have three new babies within one month of each other in our family.  We are growing.

But I am shrinking! Yeah! Thanks to my Beachbody workouts and the nutrition information I am learning due to being a Coach with Beachbody I am feeling better than I have in years.  My energy level is higher. I am off of the two medications that I was on. I am giving Shakeology most of the credit for that!  And of course my execise is consistant.

I still have some weight to lose but know it will be gone this year and then my fitness goals will be met..... Well, almost. I am seriously considering upping my game with one of the more intense programs. Still deciding which one but since I love Turbo Jam so much I probably with go with Turbo Fire.

2011 is almost here.

It is time for New Years Resolutions... I say let' make New Year COMMITTMENTS not resolutions.  Times are still hard for so many people but I believe things are turning around. I live in one of the hardest hit city's so I sure I hope I am right. I am seeing signs of it picking up but I will be glad when it shows much more.

We still have to take care of our health, no matter what the economic situation is. It is more important than ever. Health care costs are sky rocketing, so the healthier we are the less we will pay in health care.

My committment for next year is to be even more consistant with my healthy eating and exercise. I am better now than ever but I still have room for improvement.  I will drink Shakeology daily. Do some form of exercise daily as well.

However, just exercising an hour a day is not enough. We need to add more activity into our days. Especially if we have a sedentary job, and I do.

Road Blocks

Had a busy but good week. Eating was good and exercise fair. The only bad thing about the busy weeks is it is too easy to make excuses.  I did get some form of exercise in each day but not what I had planned. 

So my committment to my self this week is to do my planned program... no matter what! No excuses. 

When the road blocks appear I am now going to be successful at finding the detour!  It is just a matter of making that committment to ourselves and putting time for exercise on our calendars.

We plan everything else, don't we? Then why should we not plan for our health and fitness.
