Still Goin' Strong

This is amazing! I'm still working out 4-5 times a week! I'm feeling stronger and more energized! I'm so grateful to Team Beach Body for having so many great options. My hubby took Power 90 on a business trip and of course I misplaced my Level 3/4 discs. No worries though, I have plenty of other workouts to choose from. For the last two days I've been doing the Shakeology 30. It's a good workout and I'm still pushing play! I may do KenpoX or PlyoX tomorrow, we'll see.

Whatever I choose, I know I'm getting stronger and healthier every day!

A great day!

What an amazing day today! Not only did I accomplish another workout, but I got my husband to join me! I was set to start the new year with Insanity and my hubby joined me for the fit test. I would have pushed my way through and just modified the program as needed. My very wise husband was more clear. We needed to start smaller and work our way up to Insanity.

So we've started Power 90. It's only 30 minutes and that's worked out well for me. I'm feeling a little bit sore, just enough to know I'm getting an effective workout, but not so much that I can't continue. I've also started drinking the TBB Recovery drink. So far so good.

Only two weeks until our first Rochester Fit club starts and I'm determined to be fit enough to lead the group.

Begin again

New year, new me! I waited too long and now I'm beginning my exercise regimen with Power 90. It's much more manageable as I get my A** back in shape! Also started with Recovery drink to feed my muscles. The key now is to remind myself every day that I feel so powerful and accomplished when I workout and to just do it! Push aside the negative self talk that keeps me from reaching my goals.

I have many positive affirmations that I use to keep me positive and focused. While I was packing to go home from a glorious vacation in St. Maarten last week, I kept repeating to myself "I'm refreshed and revived and ready to get back to work". after just a few times, I really felt that way! So for exercise, hmmm.... what will it be...

Let's keep it simple, "I can do this!"
