Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I've done Sweat 1-2 before the cooking gets too busy. Did good, but it's strange, the right hip flexor is still the weak spot. It was back when I did Power 90 the first time too.
Did better today. Like the last Sweat day, I was on the verge of a side stitch most of the workout but it never materialized. Bit by bit, I go a little higher, or harder, as best I can. I try to never just do the same as the last time. Continuous improvement over time.
Speaking of improvement, I was 326.8 on the 20th and today I am 319.8. 7 pounds released to the wind! 317 is my lowest point ever and that was for about a week back in October. I'm feeling good, I'm looking forward to my workouts and I'm already getting stronger.
Since I've barely started, this may seem premature, but I lie in bed at night making plans for what I'm going to do, exercise-wise. Finish 3 months of Power 90 and hopefully be strong enough toward the end of the 90 days to get in some Master Series (I have only 2 of those discs) and maybe CardioX and Shoulders and Arms. I LOVE S&A. I love the worn out feeling when I'm done with that workout and I can barely lift my glass blender jar.
After that, maybe a week of mixed workouts then the fit test and P90X. Lean or classic, I'm not sure at this point. Then it will be summer, and I want to ride my bike a lot, and do a variety of workouts. In the summer here with no A/C, it's really hard to do indoor workouts.
Once it cools down and gets rainy here (about October), probably another round of the X. Then we will see. By then of course, I will be down quite a lot of weight and be much stronger.
Anyway, that's my plan as of now.
