Hello, all. Well, hello myself, if nobody ever reads this. Today is August 2, 2010, and I'm restarting Power 90 again. I did it a couple of years ago, and even finished it. Well, I'd missed a few days then, but I did finish it! The only problem was that I didn't do much after that. I had planned on buying P90X afterward, but I'd never gotten around to it. Now I have to do it again because I'm so damn fat, and at 275 lbs, I wanna be around a long time for my kids. Also, I'm afraid of, at worst, having an MI and kicking the bucket in the middle of a fire or a code, or at best, running out of air 20 minutes before everyone else at a fire because I'm sucking the bottle dry. I'm scheduled for my annual physical in September, and I want to be able to pass it with flying colors, instead of having Rosemary the nurse admonish me about my having to lose weight or get into shape. So, I'm gonna try and do this, and also remember to not eat so much. The last time I did this, I did build some muscle, and became stronger, but my gut remained. I can't let that happen again. So, I am going to finish this again, and hopefully, in addition to changing my workout habits, I can also change my eating habits. And this time I WILL buy P90X before I finish so that I can just move into P90X without missing a step. I want to do this. Wish me luck. I hope I can change my physique.
