3 weeks Completed

Well I'm sitting at work and reflecting over the last 3 weeks of using P90X Plus. I would like to share my thoughts, I find it new and exciting something different to try. So far I'm loving it learning the new moves give my body something its not uses too. What is that phase by Tony "Varierty is the spice of life."

I'm doing the lean version looking to drop a few pounds that I allowed myself to gain after doing Insanity. Right now I'm sitting at 200 lbs I have 10 to 15 more to go before the Coaches Summit in June. The only thing I find hard to do is the Ab/Core part of P90X+, so I just modify my Ab routine with doing Ab RipperX, Cardio Abs, and Ab Mercy each program is under 17 minutes and total workout time is about 50 mins, now thats a killer ab routine.

Next week is my recovery week which I plan on doing a lot of cardio to burn more fat. My goal for month 2 is to focus on the nutrition side of the house and cut my calorie intake wish me luck my 30 days pictures to follow soon.

Week 2 P90X Plus

My first week is in the book P90X + is different and is going to take some get use to. I luv the fact that it's shorter which saves me time in the morning since i get up at 4:30 am and get my workout in to start my day. Abs/core is so so I guess it will have to grow on me, I'm a Abs Ripper lover:-)  so sometime I mixes it up between all the Abs workout ...Hard core Abs, Ripper X, Cardio Abs, and Abs Mercy... something different. Well today was Total Body Plus workout which was nice.

New Approach

This is the beginning of a new programs, and I'm going to try and at least make a entry onces a day for the next 90 days. I just finished P90X again for the third time which was great. I fell off the wagon a couple of times but would always get back up.

I started P90X Plus this morning, and it was a little different from what I had been doing, so it felt funny doing some of the moves. My goal this this is to focus my nutrition more than anything this else first, learning the moves will come in time "Do what you can and forget the rest" will be my motto but I will drive myself hard.

After doing Insanity it took more out of me than I thought and I lost the desires to workout. And with the holidays that came I went from one 183 to 208 in a matter of 2 months  :-( I refuse to let the scale hit 210 so I did another of P90X which I just finished and now comes P90X Plus, so stay tume or friend me on Facebook to see what the next 90 days will bring :-).

Moving On

Hello I sitting here in bed watching a P90X informerical thinking back how P90X has changed my life and my body and put the fire inside me to keep keep going. P90X has done for me that 4 yrs of going to the gym couldn't, and for that Beachbody I am thankful. Now I'm out spreading the word like fire, this is my last week of doing P90X and I will be moving on to Insanity and I'm looking forward to it. I went from a size 38 to a 35 with P90X wondering what Insnaity is go to to for me stay tune for weekly updates.

Re-focusing On Round 2

Hello all this is just a quick little note that I wanted to share with peveryone. Sometimes we get busy with trying to achieve the end results we forget about what matters the most. I have to keep telling myself its not how fast I run the race, what matters is that I finish the race.

I recently started round 2 of P90X and I'm loving it, there are still some exercise that I'm unable to do, but that okay I just find something else to do in it's place. The diet on round one was ver hard for me, but i did my best.

This time my focus is more on my diet and eating right, oh doubt get me wrong there will be moments where I slip up and thats okay. Its just a matter of getting up and starting over again refousing your thought patterns.
