Shakeology?

Ok my friends...I am finding I am a little disappointed with Shakeology!  I hear all these great testimonials of people doing nothing but using Shakeology with moderate excercise and getting these great results and losing all kinds of weight.  I have been using Shakeology for 3 months along with exercising and have actually gained weight!!!

What am I doing wrong?  Help...I want those results too!!!  I am not afraid to work for it but I was hoping for a little help from my Shakeology friend.  Any ideas?

Now or Never

Being that I am not seriously overweight and could just stand to lose 10-15 lbs to be at my goal weight I find it very easy to just keep putting it off.  The workouts can wait, I can eat this one piece of cake, pie...etc. and start tomorrow.  Well at 40 yrs old, I dont see the weight going anywhere but up if I dont do something and do it quick.  So today I start over once again.  Eating healthy and exercising 5-6 days a week.  Going to complete a round of Turbofire just in time for my P90X2 to arrive.  I hope to be in good enough shape to rock the P90X2 and finally end up with the body and mind that I want.  COOL, CONFIDENT and SEXY!!!!!

Wake up call!!!

Ok, so I go to the Dr's on Monday with this neck pain only to find that the Dr. I am seeing is about 25.  He proceeds to tell me that I have a neck strain and that I should have a full physical being that "you are almost 40".  That's what he tells me!!!  I am like OMG!!! He did not just say that!!! Hello....In my head, I am still 25 or atleast that is how I feel so now I am determined to be at my best possible shape by the time of my physical, which is in Oct., to show this young punk Dr. that age is only a #!!!!  I am going to be in better shape at 40 than I was at 30.

Anyways...a little set back with the neck strain only been doing neck exercises and some walking.  No Chalene Extreme weight lifting allowed for a week.  But, I will be at camp this weekend and I can do some bike riding and swimming!!!  I'll make up quickly for lost time.  Not sure if I should just skip the week of Chalene that I missed and pick up where I should be or go back and do that week and continue from there!!!

Anyways!!!  I'm on a mission now!!!!  Happy Day everyone!!!!

Catch up

Ok, so the keeping up with the weekly blog post thing didn't happen.  So to catch you all up on things....I did pretty much nothing most of the winter until about March when we started a Biggest Loser Challenge at work.  The first 12 week challege went great!!!  I lost 5 lbs, was eating much better and exercising regularly - Turbo Jam.  Now I am about 1/2 way through my 2nd 12 week Biggest loser challenge and have not lost any weight...I'm eating crappy and making excuses as to why I am way to busy to exercise!!!!  Sooooo, I'm looking for some motivation/accountability folks!!!  I can use all the help I can get!!!  So I have made it my priority to get in touch with some of my buddies here at Beachbody and get myself working out with them!!!  Please if anyone else out there is feeling the same way or just looking for a workout buddy!!!!  Join in!!!

Starting Over

Well I started my journey again on Oct. 10th.  I have kept up will all my scheduled workouts so far.  I really like Chalene Extreme.  I am making the time to get the workouts in with no excuses.  I am also making it a habit to keep up with my blog each week.
