Still pushing play!!

Just finished CardioX on my third week of P90X Lean...and I feel GREAT!  I have already noticed huge changes in my stamina and physique--and so have my wife and daughters.

Each day the routine pulls the "fat" right out of me, but my ability to keep pace gets better every week.  Thanks, Tony, for developing this workout...it is my all-time favorite!

I've made one subtle change to the regimen this time around.  When I've done P90X in the past, I could never do all of the Ab Ripper X routine, and it was very disappointing.  So this time around I started substituting Abs 100 (from P90 fame) in its place.  Now that I can easily do that routine, I'm going to Abs 200 until I can successfully keep pace and THEN I will go to Ab Ripper X.  My midsection is the most difficult part for me to lose--a lot of "inner organ" fat to burn.  But I'm already seeing a difference!  Can't wait to see how many inches have gone at the next measuring!
