Oatmeal/Whole Wheat Cookie

I made this wonderful cookies for the third time already!! Love it.

It is made with Oatmeal, Whole Wheat flour, raspberries, nuts and semi-sweet chocolate, among other ingredients.  You can change some of the ingredients to be raisins, white chocolate, dark chocolate or other nuts. It is very yummy!

Week #3 of P90X2

I am doing great!! Love the new program and already am able to balance well on the medicine ball and stability ball while lifting!! so exciting!! I can't wait to see improved performance on many of my other exercises!!

Tofu for the 1st time!

I made some Tofu today.  Something simple, nothing fancy and I have to say it was pretty good. The taste takes a little getting used to but it was quite filling!!

Here's a pic: I had :

Tofu, brown rice, bean sprouts with brocoli and a salad that I didn't take a pic of.

Day #4: Total Body and Ab Ripper X2

Wow, loved the workout!! Very challenging and fun at the same time!!

I am looking forward to tomorrow and Saturday!!  Keep bringing it!

Advise:

For new moves, use lower weights than what you are accustomed to.  Once you know it well, then go up in weight!

Day #3: Recovery and Mobility

Today was a day that require patience since this workout is more for helping our trouble areas of stress, stiffness and soreness!

Using the foam roller can be painful, a good painful though!

Its good to take the time and work the areas that are the most trouble to us which in turn will help us with better performance with the exercises!
