Once again I am waiting to start a new workout program. We have been preparing for this big inspection on base and I feel like so freaking tired that I can't do anything at all. I decided to auto schedule Insanity and I am going to wake up at 5 am every morning to do it. Hopefully we don't get called in at that time. Ugh I was only able to go on three 5 mile walks last week, did 50 push ups everyday and that was pretty much it, oh and I stretched. Definitely will be stepping it up this week! I feel like I have to rush to do everything in the morning because after work I am rushing to get dinner on the table.

So this is why I decided to invest in a slow cooker and I will be making healthier meals that will be ready by the time I get home so hopefully I can just relax and clean.

I am still 5 pounds down, but still very excited! I think my calves are smaller which is nice! I couldn't zip up these one boots I bought last month and just today I put them on with ease! I shall continue with my Shakeology twice a day(breakfast and a snack) and continue with a very light lunch as well as a good healthy dinner. I just need to get through these holidays without gaining 30 pounds. The 30 pounds I would like to lose lol.

Starting over, GRRRR

Well I feel like I have been gone for so long!

Being in the military is not easy and has definitely taken me away from beachbody for a while. But I can't let it anymore! If I have time for facebook I should have time for this right? Well I was doing really good till my Husband came home from being deployed for 6 months. Went on vacation and everything went out the window.

I recently joined this challenge on facebook. "Getting fit through the Holidays" My goals are to lose 20 pounds overall and lower my body fat % as well as increase my endurance while working out! Oh and lose some inches baby yea! I have lost 5 pounds already by doing my Shakeology cleanse and doing 1 hour of cardio everyday, but I need to step it up and find the time to include my Shaun T insanity or BBL. So this week I am going to try to squeeze that in there and if all goes well increase my dvd use.

I am not having a difficult time with cravings because I am on shakeology. But it seems like when I go out to eat I have no self control and I don't want to eat that Burger but everyone else is doing it and it looks good, I don't want to eat it but get it and eat it and then it sends me on this downward spiral of eating junk. I have had a lifelong battle with food. I love it so much but I know that I am getting older and I am more prone to getting Diabetes so I want to change the way I eat now! I know its not realistic to say I will never eat bad foods... I think one lil treat every once in  a blue moon isn't bad, right?

Well I am off to go walk about 5 miles, then its off to bed. Early morning with BBL! :) Wish me luck guys... I would really like to win a challenge, a weight challenge, for once in my life!

 

 

 

 

 

Shakeology & P90X

Another amazing day today! Feeling on top of the world. Working out early helps prepare me for the rest of the day. I usually have my Shakeology after I workout because I usually feel really tired and drained and need a little boost. I can always count on a quick smoothie with my Greenberry Shakeology. I noticed today that my skin is looking so young and fresh. I have to give it up to Shakeology and I feel like my butt is tighter from using P90X. I haven't felt this sexy in a long time. Here I am at work writing away about all this with a smile on my face! All of you reading this just to let you know, these are my blogs and they are here to help you see what it is like for a day in the life of me! So please no judging me! LOL Ok where was I? Oh yes so I feel sexy and I have even been getting some looks. I do have a boyfriend so I try to pay no mind. I have really been committing to everything 100% and I know I need to be patient but I just want to be there already. It really stinks being the size that I am because I know I have been way smaller before. I am happy I am losing weight the right way now and not the wrong way. Oh well, I guess everything and anything good, comes in due time. I need to put my time in... That is all!
