Once again I am waiting to start a new workout program. We have been preparing for this big inspection on base and I feel like so freaking tired that I can't do anything at all. I decided to auto schedule Insanity and I am going to wake up at 5 am every morning to do it. Hopefully we don't get called in at that time. Ugh I was only able to go on three 5 mile walks last week, did 50 push ups everyday and that was pretty much it, oh and I stretched. Definitely will be stepping it up this week! I feel like I have to rush to do everything in the morning because after work I am rushing to get dinner on the table.
So this is why I decided to invest in a slow cooker and I will be making healthier meals that will be ready by the time I get home so hopefully I can just relax and clean.
I am still 5 pounds down, but still very excited! I think my calves are smaller which is nice! I couldn't zip up these one boots I bought last month and just today I put them on with ease! I shall continue with my Shakeology twice a day(breakfast and a snack) and continue with a very light lunch as well as a good healthy dinner. I just need to get through these holidays without gaining 30 pounds. The 30 pounds I would like to lose lol.
