Hey guys and gals,
First of all let me say how EXCITED I am to be meeting THE Tony Horton tomorrow at his studio. I hope he won't ask me to drop and give him 20! LOL. I'll make sure to take a pic and/or video and post it here. Looking forward to the guy who kicks my ass every time I turn on my DVD player and do one of my P90X workouts!
Secondly, I wanted to share this unbelievably touching letter I got the other day from the wife of a soldier in Afghanistan. I was so inspired and touched by her words that I asked if could share them with you and she said yes. This is what being fit and healthy is all about for me. And as I've always said over the years, it may be said that I inspire others with my desire to break through barriers but it's really YOU who inspire me to do it. I'm just so glad to be doing this program with Beachbody. I LOVE MY P90X!!

Hi,
I follow you on Twitter and have read about your start with P90.
I am a mom of two children and really want to make a lifestyle change for myself and my family.
I worked hard after my first baby to get back into shape, but after my daughter, I started working to help pay the bills and that was the priority. It is still a priority, but my desire to be healthy and take care of myself is also one.
Now that I am older, my body and metabolism doesn't bounce back as quickly as it used to. I am over 35 now and I need to make my health a priority. I am not looking for a miracle. I just want to feel strong and healthy. I don't have any particular amount of pounds I want to lose, but just to tone up and feel happy.
The other result I hope for is stress reduction. My husband is in Afghanistan and will be until next year. I am constantly anxious and worried for his safety. I think that exercising each day will not only help me feel better physically, but also help me deal with the situation in a more positive manner. Also, I want to surprise him when he gets home with a healthier, happier wife than the one he left behind three months ago.
Sorry for the long message. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing on Twitter and being an inspiration to other moms out there trying to get healthy.
Take care,
