early morning workout!

Started working out in the am, and so far it is nice because I can relax after I get home from work, BUT It is hard to get up at 5:45 and immediately work out! WOW. But even though I am not losing weight yet, I am looking much better.My legs are AWESOME!Today I ate  egg whites for breakfast, for lunch it was celery, mandarin oranges, and broccoli(all raw) and then an afternoon green tea latte from Starbucks.No dinner yet, but will have prok and applesauce I think :) Oh And a green protein shake!

Well so far today, I have had my 6 egg whites, strawberries, celery, a protein shake, and a hard boiled egg! not hungry, but .....bonked during my 5:45 workout! thus the extra egg. taking raspberry keytones, don't bother they don't really help....not me anyways! Also take  fish oil, D3, Bcomplex,sea kelp, and a probiotic. Just for the info. Todays weight 138 and height 5'4" Have a great day! And don't forget to push play!

WOW it seems like I end up here every year about this time! I am thirty days in to this round of P90X. Never have gotten much further. Took my 30 day pics today...very disappointed in me! I am still at 138.5. watch my weight daily. Tired of the struggle. I just want to enjoy my life, when does the weight struggle end? I refuse to get bigger so there! I just keep pushing play!

Well Here I am trying it again. I really have to get through an entire 90 days to see what I will look like. I keep quitting!!! DANGIT! But I am going to make it through, and be happy to wear that bikini I have been wanting to wear. Right now I am 138, and  on day 6 of my new start. I am doing the fat shredder meal plan this time to get rid of the fat by summer! wish me luck, or pray for me. I'm gonna need it!
