Brazil Butt Lift

 My first week of Brazil Butt Lift.  I can honestly say you need to change it up !  I am a P90X lover and I work my legs but this targets different muscles.  So yeah,  I'm feeling it. I am happy to be doing something different but I still slip in a Shoulders & Arms w/o from P90X or ONE ON ONE.  I also want a great Bum Bum, so LETS DO IT !

P90X

Finishing up my 2nd round of P90X. I'm on my 10th week and I am pushing myself hard and exeding my expectations. It's a great feeling.  I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this program.

Insanity

Beginning Recovery Week (week 5 ).  This week I will be doing the same work out every day.  Its a change,  new exercises, which I like but it is still fast paced and hard hitting and it will make you sweat !   I think it will be a good week.

Insanity

This is the beginning of week 4, and I am feeling it.  I know it is making a big difference in my ability to maintain the workouts but cardio is not my thing.  I am having to push myself.  This program is definately not for the weak hearted.

P90

We are starting week 6 and feeling strong.  We are really feeling it and needing our day off when it rolls around.  This is the last week doing the 1-2 workouts. Next week we will be bumping it up.
