My bum-bum says "Ow!"

I haven't written a blog in so long, so I thought I'd do just that this evening. I mainly want to let everyone know NOT to write off Brazil Butt Lift as an easy or beginner workout! I would consider myself an intermediate to low advanced exerciser, and BBL *still* makes me sweat buckets. I can tell ya, my bum bum (pronounced "boom-boom", which is Brazilian slang for butt) is definitely feeling it, but I'm also getting a great whole body workout as well. So just 'cause you've done P90X or Insanity, don't think that BBL won't work for you 'cause I've done Insanity.

Switch kicks - 60

Power jacks - 30

Power knees - 70

Power jumps - 20

Globe jumps - 8

Suicide jumps - 10

Push-up jacks - 12

Low-plank obliques - 30
