Well, after several session with Tony and P90X, I have overdone it. Gee, how many times has this happened before???? After waking up and not being able to curl my arms more than half-way without screaming in pain; I walked over to my neighbors house who happens to be a physical therapist.
My wonderful neighbor took one look at me, rolled her eyes, and said..."Lord....uh...uh....uh..."! After explaining why I looked so pathetic, she informed me that I had "ripped the "$h!t" out my triceps. <<Great>> So, she then proceeded to inform me to ice the muscles down every couple of hours and overdose on ibuprofen....
Fortunately, the next day was MUCH MUCH better. I could move my arms more without the searing pain...WOOHOO! Taking a clue from the day before, I decided the best strategy was to let the muscles heal a little more and take the day off.
I have heard a lot of stories where people have given up because the routines were hard, and hurt too much. In this matter, I agree with Tony H. who says..."It's supposed to!". As soon as Monday gets here I am getting right back on the horse and it will be ON!!!!!!
