New workout! New Challenge!

Well looks like I'll be starting a new workout on Monday!  I had entered the Beachbody Challenge back in October to do this program.  So I look in my camera to take a progress pic and don't see my day 1 Power 90 photos. Turns out hubby erased it! Grrrrr!

So I've decided to start over again and do Turbo Jam starting on Monday.I've been swapping Turbo Jam for some of the cardio days while doing Power 90.  I'll be taking my before pics on Monday and downloading them into my computer right away! Not taking any chances! I've re-entered the Beachbody Challenge and am looking forward to the results. It's also great that it's only a 28 day program too! So I will be posting updates of my progress :) I was thinking of doing Turbo Fire next year. So this will get me ready!

Update

I'm still going strong with Power 90. I had to take a week off last month because of a bad cold. But I've been back at it and am feeling good. I've lost a couple of more lbs and a couple of more inches. I haven't seen huge results but from my experience with Power 90 and Slim in 6 you tend to see results toward the end of the program, so I'm not discouraged in the least. I am down to 108.5 so that's great! I'm loking forward to getting leaner in my midsection so I have to bring it with the Ab Ripper workouts.

Power 90

Wow it's been a while since I've posted! Update: Started Power 90. Started last week with a jumpstart doing Power 90 Express. This week I've been doing the Sculpt/Sweat 1-2 workouts and feeling good, and feeling leaner already. Can't wait to take my 30 day measurements.

Back to basics Slim in 6 9/5/11

Today I decided to start a round of Slim in 6. I feel after a summer of not so great eating and not sticking with a consistant program, it's a great time to start.

I did Start it Up and will move right on to Ramp it Up tomorrow. As for the diet portion. I won't be doing the 6 day express, but I'll be doing the 1200 5 day meal plan that came with the program. Since, according to the Meal Planner Express my ideal calorie intake should be 1700, I figure it will be an express plan. and I'll be continuing to replace a meal a day with Shakeology.

My workout went really well and I'm excited to continue the next few weeks :)

Day 1 of Shakeology Cleanse jumpstart

So today I started the 3 day cleanse and so far it's going well. It's almost lunch time and yes I'm eager to get my lunch time shake. But drinking water has defnitely helped with hunger. I'm not feeling tired or anything. In fact I'm planning on going out for a walk after I have my shake. 

My starting weight this morning was 107.8 lbs.  And my waist measurement was 27 inches.  So we'll see how my progress goes the next couple of days.
