January is the TIME!

It has been a very busy couple of months... Christmas Programs, Mission Trips, a stress fracture in my foot from running, back problems from "uberlifting". Again, no excuses. I put about 20 pounds back on (thanks to my genetics, huh?!?!) Now, back to the gym. My 18 year old son is doing P90X with me, too. This is lot of fun! It is also pushing me. This is my 4th time thru the P90X program. I am sooo hooked. However, doing this with my son and tracking my workouts (I love the pdf sheets), I am already lifting more than where I finished last time thru! Not much weight loss in the first two weeks, but inches are disappearing. Stay tuned!
