Week 10 Day 2

I did not work out on Saturday or Sunday.

So I did Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today and then Hip Hop Abs Cardio workout.

I made it through both of them.

Yay!

Yoga X

One of the hardest routines but one of the most satisfying.

Cannot complete it.  My thighs burn and my arms ache. 

So I do my best and...what?...FORGET THE REST!

Shoulders and Arms

Ab Ripper X

Well, made it through.  Weights between 8-15lbs.  Feeling like jello but feeling good!

 

Week 9 Day 2

Cardio X

Could not finish.  I bonked!  Unsure if it was the lack of calories or that I have not done it in like a week!  Either way...I am done!
