When life gets crazy

Looking back at this year, my boys and I overcame many challenges. At times I was in control and focused and others I was tired and defeated. The most important thing I learned is that when you are tired and defeated DON't lay down and accept it. At times I did and thats when I would slack on my fitness plan. I would short change my workouts and skimp on good food choices. When I did this it had a negative snowball effect. I felt more tired, and out of shape with a low self esteem. So now I'm back on track and no matter how tired I am I don't give up on the workout. When I wake up the next morning I'm so glad I pushed Play!
