P90X Crash

Well I found out how important it is to eat right while doing the P90X program as well as outside work (stacking wood, gardening, etc... Spring work).  I had only been getting a net calorie intake of around 600-800 calories a day, when all the sudden boom, I was down.  Went to the doctor and had to take a break for a two weeks and get my calories in, which I am not very good at eating.  I like to skip meals.  So now I am tracking and watching what I eat.  Please eat right and don't crash it does not feel very good and the progress you lose sucks.

Boy, the second day I was so sore.  I could not hardly make it up the stairs, let alone sit on the toliet.  LOL.   Ended up not working out to slim in six for two days.  After I recovered, I continued the routine and this time not so sore, but then I got a bad head cold,  Feeling better today, still a lot of sinus pressure, but look out slim in six here I come.  Wishing I could get this going better than I am, but looking at the positive side I am doing more than I was.  Well gotta go push play.

Today,  I started the 90 day program Slim in 6, this is my second go around with this program.  I really like it.  I plan on moving to p90x after I sucessfully complete this program.  I really need to work on my diet and wish my husband would join me in working out, however I know that is not going to be the case, so I have to focus on myself.  I have quit smoking now for about 4 months and found that I could breathe alot easier during the start it up video.  However, muscle do forget when you don't use them.... LOL.  I have a long way to go and I am sure Debbie will help me get those muscle back in shape as long as I let her.  Today is day one and I am optimistic.    I have not eaten yet to day, but I am planning on eating healthy.  I have decided that Superbowl day is just going to be one of those days and I need to watch what I eat, but don't deny and send myself into an eating frenzy.  Thats it for today.
