P90X Crash

Well I found out how important it is to eat right while doing the P90X program as well as outside work (stacking wood, gardening, etc... Spring work).  I had only been getting a net calorie intake of around 600-800 calories a day, when all the sudden boom, I was down.  Went to the doctor and had to take a break for a two weeks and get my calories in, which I am not very good at eating.  I like to skip meals.  So now I am tracking and watching what I eat.  Please eat right and don't crash it does not feel very good and the progress you lose sucks.
