Reality

One of the concepts that  that Tony talked about at the TH camp in philly, really made an impression in my brain. That was the concept of 'reality'.   Accepting reality can lead to the resolution to SO many problems. 

Stress:  Stress results from not accepting reality.  Think about it. You may think you should be able to do more, but, you cant so you stress.  In other words you have created a fake reality of being better than you are, then you want your fantacy reality to be real, but, it isnt.  So you get frustrated and stressed.  Accept the way you are and work with it.  Embrace it.

Diet:  What did you eat today?  REALLY..  Be honest with your intake.  Dont convince yourself that the piece of cake you ate didnt really count or that 2 half cookies dont really make a whole cookie.  We all have done it. 

You have two options.  You can fight reality. (bad) or you can accept reality (good) and relax with it, embrace it and work with it.   Tony is all about the present moment.  Focus on the here and now because it is the ONLY reality there is.   "Yesterday is history.  Tomorrow is a mystery. Right now is the/a PRESENT."
