Well, now that my body is rocken and my business of yoga is going smooth.  It is time to focus on giving back the power of health to the world.  Beachbody is being instrumental in this happening I think.  To give people programs that work at home on their time is amazing.  I hope to one day have my program be a part of a company like beachbody, it is yoga and beachbody has yoga already but 9 weeks DVD's it is great!  To help people gain control of their health, body gives them that much more control of their life and thoughts which produce faith and fufillment.  Anyway, my new goal is to be a Diamond coach with beachbody, to put out my own DVD's for Twist, and be a fitness model, along with writing a book or two about yoga and Jesus, fitness and eating gluten free.  Thank you Beachbody of all your inspiration, my next 9 week course (second test group) starts Monday May 3rd.  The first group gained calmness and most lost upwards of 20+ pounds when following the diet.  The ones that did not follow the diet just lost inches, but learned a lot about focus and the mind body connection through God.  YEA here is to goals!!

Brazil butt lift

WEll I am thought my 30 days of butt lift and I have to say I had a blast.  However I think my bum bum is flatter.  I have celulite that I hate and I think I am going to have to be about 7% BF to make it go away.  I do feel my bum is higher and harder under there, but it is still not the perfection I was hoping for.  So I will keep on working it.  I did enjoy the much needed fun cardio break. Which has inspired me to get the Turbo Jam DVDs next just to round out a complete BB library. 

 

Personally all my ladies lost lots of weight in my Twist yoga 9 week course and I feel so inspired by them all.  I also love the fact that diet is 80 % of it, if we can just train ourselves to eat for our health adn not for teh taste then we will be half way there.  Although I have to say I really like eating clean.  I just need to get off the peanut butter.  Thank goodness for Shakeology or I would not be able to balance this all out.

A new year A new BUTT

My butt has always been my issue.  I eat right, workout and still my bum is not as smooth as I would like.  I am hoping that this year, my body will transform and my bum will become bakini ready with the rest of me.  Hard and firm that is what I am going for. 

 

As far as my diet goes, I want to get a plan into action that works for gluten free diets like my own.  I simply do not do carbs well at all.  However they are needed for energy.  Balance is what I am after, lots of balance.

 

 

Blessings and with God's help I will be smooth and firm on the outside.

 

 

Having trouble getting my workout in

I am currently having trouble getting my workout in.  As a coach and a personal trainer, I have said to people time and time again you deserve this time.  I feel better when I workout.  I have not missed a day in years, well my recovery day, but that in itself is for fitness.  I hope that this new Rev Abs gets me back into gear.  After Insanity or at least the 1st half of it over 2 times, with vacations and breaks I feel like everything got off course.  However, this week I begin again.  I am happy to start on a new workout and again have lots of fun learning new techniques.  Now I am off to finish home schooling my girls and get them to piano lessons and then hit the pool.  Now that I think of it I have been swimming a lot of laps, but at the pool I do not sign into BB which makes me feel like I have not done anything.  However, 122lbs.  I was told Friday that I have the body of a teenager, not bad for 34.  Rev Abs here I come.
