Chest/Back/Abs

Wow I am beat!  I just finished Chest/Back X + Ab Ripper X.  I didn't have my workout sheet with me so I just wrote down the number of exercises I did with the workouts.  AT some point I confused the numbers in the second set since the exercises are reversed but I think I straightened them out.

Then for the first time, I went to Ab Ripper X.  The first few exercises were pretty good although I did not get the number of reps Tony and the guys did on the DVD

I didn't even do the next exercise, so when I discovered it was the last exercise, I was not happy!)

Now onto the shower and cleaning up the house.

2010 has been awesome!

I just have to brag about the great things God has done in and through me this year.  First, He inspired me to put a past relationship in the past and keep it there.  As a result, I finally felt able to propose to my girlfriend.  Since she accepted, I have been on Cloud 9.  I have felt that nothing is impossible.  Last week, I even got a job offer after months without a job.  The awesome thing is that it can be a mobile job; I can take it with me wherever we move, and I know I (we) will be moving a lot in the next 8 months.  Do you know how hard it is to look for a job when you know in a few months you'll be leaving??  Now, I do not have to worry about leaving the job because I can take it with me. 

My workouts have been not as productive.  I have more mental energy in the afternoons but the physical energy isn't as high.  I think the Bible says it as "the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak".  I need to prioritize my workouts during the mornings and get them done as soon as possible.  Maybe the hotel will have a DVD player and I can take my workouts to the training next week and get some good workouts done there and spread the word about beachbody too.
