I have been working out with Turbo Jam Beginner DVD since 1/6/2010 and for the first time since I joined Beachbody quite awhile back...I am finally figuring out how to stay focused and committed to my workouts/eating healthier!!! My WOWY Supergym schedule is packed with completed workouts and I'm lovin' it...
I have to say that reason for the success that I am now having has to do directly with keeping accountable not only to my coach, but also to by new buddies that I've met on TBB and also having joined in on a 30 Day Fitness Challenge thread that Shannon Grella put together. This time around, I have set myself up for success because I am no longer trying to do this alone.
This past Saturday was an amazing motivation for me...I did the Turbo Jam Cardio Party 40 minute workout for the first time, and I have to say it totally changed my perception of what my limitations are (total light bulb moment)...I pushed myself and stayed up with the rest of the TJ team on the DVD (worked out harder than I have done in years)...and realized that I can def. take it to the next level and not be afraid to over do it...from then on I felt like working out every single day and have done so since:-)
I have no words to express the gratefulness I feel in realizing that I can truly accomplish my weight loss/fitness goal as I continue to push play and keep accountable to others who can help me be my best and reach for success!!!!!!!!!!!!!
