Insane Abs and Ab Ripper X

Can you say ouch? This was 45 minutes of torture. I am not too keen on ab workouts but I have to do it at some point. I have no problem jumping up and down for cardio exercises, however; when it comes to laying on the ground and raising my legs for an extended period of time, it cringe at the thought.

Today was rough but I made it through. I kept telling myself that at the end there will be an ice cold glass of the Results and Recovery formula waiting for me. :)

I am hopeful that everyone had fun with their workout today. Just do it!

Hey Bro,
I too am dedicated to achieving better abs than I had back in my sport days. I have come a long way and have a long way to go. But, I can see change very clearly now. I am down to around a 34 waist when I started at a huge (to me) around 46.

Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. So would you say that your nutrition played an important role in shaping your abs? Are there any particular foods that you would recommend? I would also like to congratulate you on your transformation. Keep up the good work dude.

Yes, Nutrition made a huge difference. I really had to get it under control. I decreased my caloric intake and switched to quality protein sources, like fish and chicken, little to almost no red meat. If I do red meat it is the very lean cuts.

I still have a long way to go but I am on my way. I started at close to 270 and I fluctuate now between 225 and 220. Depending on which workout I am doing. With P90X, I put on more mass so I switched back to Insanity to cut some more fat before I put the muscle back on.

Believe it or not, REVABS is what really got my core stronger than before... It works....although you don't hear a lot hype about it.
