It's been awhile since I have been in WOWY. I recently was diagnosed with hypothyroid disease. No wonder my energy has been so out of whack. Still is. But I want to put some mental energy into my fight to get more physical energy.
I can honestly say that I had the best results when I was consistently logging in. I want to start doing that again. That said, I just purchased "TurboFire". Since I am coming back semi-cold, I am going to do this slowly. My goals are, complete the 9 weeks of TurboFire Prep, then do the regular TurboFire Class, then do the Hybrid class. Then make my own hybrid of TurboFire and P90X. If can keep on schedule, that might just might give me close to a year of consistent workouts. I should see some results.
I am pairing this with using my Nike+ and logging in some time on the treadmill or walking my dogs. I want toaverage 30-40 miles per month. And I will throw in an occassional Step aerobics class.
So this is my "DAY1" of TurboFire prep. I am happy that I am such a huge fan of TurboJam. The moves are familiar to me. I kept up pretty good, but I see that my flexibility needs work. I love that she adds Stretch Class to the end of each workout. It is great medicine for my stiff body.
Can't hardly wait for Day2.
