How to Modify P90X if you Don’t have a Pull Up Bar

There are a lot of people that think they can’t do P90X because they either don’t have a pull up bar, or don’t have a place in their home where they can put one. This video describes 2 different ways that you can still do P90X, even without the pull up bar.

P90X How to Do Tricep Extensions

The P90X Chest, Triceps, and Shoulders workout is SUCH an awesome routine for sculpting the Triceps muscles at the back of the arm. This video shows you how to PROPERLY do Tricep Extensions in order to maximize the benefit, and get the arms that you want!

Don’t forget – when you are doing your weighted exercises, you need to stick to the 8-10 or 12-15 repetition range. If you want bigger muscles, stay in the 8-10 range, while the 12-15 range will give you leaner muscles with more endurance. Either way, though, the last 2 or 3 repetitions should be VERY challenging.
