Yesterday morning I logged into WOWY -had a great workout (TJ punch, kick & jam), took about an hour but forgot to logg out. NO I DID NOT EXERCISE X 4 HOURS! I wish I had that kind of stamina, tho.
Was kind of a rainy nasty day yesterday. Sat a computer and got things caught up around here. My desk is cleared off -good feeling.
My bloatiness is about gone-thank goodness, have not weighed in this morning. I think I will wait a couple days to do that. Actually, I need to stay away from that scale and weigh in maybe once every 2 weeks or so. I am working on maintaining weight and when it tells me I have gained a couple, I just want to pick up that piece of scrap metal and throw it out the window.
Today for breakfast am having -what else? a Shakology. This stuff is so good and chocolate is my thing!!
Lunch am planning on Turkey and tomato sandwich (love those fresh tomatos from the garden) and a small green veggie salad
afternoon snack will have a piece of watermelon (don't you just love summer with the fresh fruits and veggies??)
Supper am planning on Teriaky (spelled?) baked chicken and asian veggies & noodles with teiaky seasonings.
Going to go log into WOWY now. Will try to remember to log out when done.
