Day 2

My goodness I did day 2...I was on the elliptical for 20minutes.  That seemed ok...had to sike myself up to it.  There were times leading up to the workout that I just did not feel like doing it!  But, I did it and am happy. I also did the ab workout...What a challange!  I did my best and it is over now! 

Tomorrow I'm taking a rest and recovery day.  I may end up doing YOGA TMT of course!
