Sunday, rest day! TurboFire stretch 40 class

Of course its been awhile since I blogged! hahah funny

Its been going fairly well in these last couple days

For the most part, I've eaten healthy.  Some back steps but

I have every confidence I will be able to get it done for

Testing. My problem with testing is the 8 page paper I must

Write about "What it means to be a Taekwondo Master"

6 months after I test I will be inducted as a Master. How

Do you write about what that means? Its hard to put into

Words, But I Will! Its just another type of challenge I will

Complete......

Its been a long 3 weeks. This last couple days, my back is mad at me

Les Mills Pump Combat, WOW!

I would have needed to bathe in my new friend ICY HOT for that soreness

Feeling somewhat better today, yesterday I did pump & burn hoping to

Work some of the pain out. I did use much lighter weights. Now that I'm

back at work it's much harder to get to my blog and my facebook

accountability group. My eating has been healthy thought there

And those are way to expensive 'to out grow'. The leathers will become

Motorcycle, I must be able to fit my leathers: If I want to fit my

solved. Can't wait til June 1st. Well, off to do some much needed/

hated housework and since I can't go to work naked, I must wash

my uniforms.....lol

Road Block Over

So, I'm on da road again!

Lost 12.5 pounds from my 6 weeks off and doing cardio in a chair.

So Challenge started on the 16 of April, round 2 of Les Mills Pump

Also, back to training in taekwondo. Started working on my push-ups.

Started at 50, added 1/day now up to 63: 2moro 64.

l'm thinking about getting Tai Cheng, I think it will help my knees

Right knee is so much more painful than the left, as the left did get

a break while I was hopping around on those metal sticks.

Doing Les Mills Pump made me realize I needed to not use weights

while doing squats and lunges. My knees hurt so bad afterward.

No weights allow me to work on technique and focus on the muscles

to be used. looking forward to getting some muscle tone back in

my legs and working on those washboards abs....

LANE CHANGE/DETOUR

As l suspected, lane change, slight detour ahead!

The doctor said it "was a slip of the finger" It should have

Well, as the day gets closer for me to see the doctor about my ankle

I fear that all is not as it seems. I've been non weight bearing for 4 weeks!

How can I suddenly be weight bearing and go back to work 2 days after

I see the doctors. Even if I weighed 0 pounds I don't think that would be

Possible. I'm feeling like the doctor did not tell me all he should have and

I should have been off 6 weeks, the last 2 weeks just working on weight

bearing. I suspect that is what is going to happen when I go see the doctor

Awwww, I'm not letting it! I did TurboFire 45 class and Hard Core Abs

I can't wait to get back on my feet and start training. I'm so looking

forward to getting back to Taekwondo and preparing for testing!

Yes, Testing this year in October for my 5th degree. I plan on looking

like a fit 53 year old 5th black belt. Moving on to Master Brown after

the probationary period.  WOW so jazzed about that. who knew that a

Hobby would become a very big part of my LIFE? I plan to become the

Weapons instructor for Robinson's Taekwondo. I've talked to the

Grand Master about it and I think I would make a great Weapons instructor!

I've taken the Instructor training course, and I train with the Instructor

That everyone comes to when they are testing, and need to learn their weapons...
