Got my flow and hard core abs in, Also got my taekwondo
Class this morning. Signed a lease today to move into my new home.
So glad I can finally move, and get rid of some of this stress I've
been living with, staying in this house. One stressor down; 3 to go!
Next up is moving, that is going to be a chore in itself. Rented the truck
Rented an autotransport for my son's car. The other cars we can drive.
Hoping it does not rain on Friday as I don't like riding my motorcycle
In the rain, and we need to get those to the new house also.
Then there is the fun part;;;;;unpacking! hoping to get all settleed
by Feb 29. When is the last stressor on my plate at this time.
Surgery to have a mass with tenticals removed from my left ankle.
Recovery is 6 weeks, not stressful but a bit worrisome. No
activity with my feet at all. Just up to eat and use the bathroom.
So I have an upper body workout that I written down. Thinking about
buying this little resistance belt to use for my 'arms only' workout
Thinking about doing the Tough Mudder in September/Tahoe
If not I will train like I'm gonna do it. That training starts after the
recovery period as there will be no restriction...other than being
weak from lack of weight bearing exercise...
