So yesterday I did Plyometric Cardio Circut and I am so proud of myself. I got through the entire warmup with out taking any breaks. I can allready tell a difference in my performance.

Still no change on the scale. If anything it says I gained a lb.

I am going to try my hardest to be commited to living a healthy lifestyle. and I'm going to call this Project FIT ME!

For once in my life I want to stick with something and follow all the way through. I did the Insanity workout before but something always got in my way. The furthest I've goten was to the 2nd week. This will be my 3rd try at Insanity and hopefully the 3rd times a charm.
