Plyometric Push-Pull

Posted this on my Facebook page but thought I'd put it up here as well.  Here's the workout for today.  Bring It!

Here's the rotation if you'd like to give it a try, each "set" is defined as four plyo moves, 1 pull up and 1 push up move, next set. Only taking the 30 second breaks as defined on the Plyo DVD. Each "set" is repeated.

Warm-up & Stretch
Set 1 & 2
1st round Plyo
Wide grip pull up - 10
Standard push up - 25

Set 3&4
2nd round Plyo
Reverse Grip pull-up - 10
Military Push up - 25

Set 5&6
3rd round Plyo
Close grip pull-up - 10
Wide push-up - 25

Set 7&8
4th round Plyo
Alternating Grip Pull up - 10
Decline Push-up (feet on stability ball) - 25

Set 9&10
5th round Plyo
Wide grip pull-up - 10
Diamond push-up - 25

Insanity Bonus Round
Instead of the Sports Bonus Round do the Warm up from Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Shoulders & Arms w/Iso Abs

Did P90X Shoulders & Arms with One on One Iso Abs yesterday. I did this all together, one rotation of Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps and then do three of the Iso abs moves.  Pause the One on One workout DVD and do the Shoulders & Arms rotation with the worksheets.  I'd do it the other way around but don't have the Iso Abs rotation memorized just yet.  I suppose I could simply write the moves down but I was lazy.

Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit

Just another hybrid workout today.  Did Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit, a great workout!  I always seem to burn around 600 calories.

I've been mixing up the cardio and resistance workouts with this 10th round of P90X simply to well, mix it up.  With the library of workouts we have it's always fun to keep it fresh

One on One Iso Abs!

Man, what a great workout that is.  One on One Iso Abs...with a twist.  I added a resistance workout inbetween each Iso Ab set.  Try this one out for fun.  Iso Abs with P90X Biceps from the Back and Bicep workout.  You'll go through the Abs and Biceps twice, skip the strip set curls to reduce your time and so you can get through the workout!
