Getting back on track

The last 3 days have been rough.  I missed two workouts and my diet was horrible as well.  This morning I got up and pushed play.  I could tell that it had been 3 days since my last workout.  Lazy me kept my off day instead of trying to make up at least one of the workouts.  It was a struggle to get through the pushups.  yikes!

Here is to picking up the pieces and getting back on track.  I think this was day 27 or so.  I know this will help me to make it to my goals, I just need to stay focused. 

Tough Tuesday

I didn't want to get up this morning, I was up too late last night.  I am drooping this morning, but I did get up and work out.  It wasn't the most vigorous, but I need to give myself credit that I did it. 

Another reason not to be up late is that is the "evil snack" time.  I did have an extra helping of trail mix that I shouldn't have, but I guess it could have been much worse with what is available in the house!

Hey world...its me again. :)

Its been a while since I have been active on the site...and it shows!  I have been pushing play again for a week now, and can all ready feel the difference even if I can't "see" the difference.

I started back at the beginnig with P90.  Finished day 9 just now.  I am actually looking forward to day 30 so I can check my measurements and see how I am doing.  I haven't said anything to co-workers I figure if someone comments it means I must be making changes. 

I started with my diet first and then added in the exercise.  I am now down 9 pounds since I started.  Yeah me!
