Getting back on track

The last 3 days have been rough.  I missed two workouts and my diet was horrible as well.  This morning I got up and pushed play.  I could tell that it had been 3 days since my last workout.  Lazy me kept my off day instead of trying to make up at least one of the workouts.  It was a struggle to get through the pushups.  yikes!

Here is to picking up the pieces and getting back on track.  I think this was day 27 or so.  I know this will help me to make it to my goals, I just need to stay focused.
