Yesterday I completed Round 1 of Insanity the Asylum and despite amazing improvements in my spped and agility I did not see significant results in my measurements. Unfortuantely the end of Asylum's days coincides with my special time of the month which can effect my measurements greatly - especially in my waist. Nevertheless, this gives me great inspiration to follow the nutrition more strictly and do a better job with fitting in Relief into my program.
GOALS for Round 2:
Focus on nutrition with emphasis on Shaun T's plan which includes reducing carbs in the evening
Summer Cheer bring summer alcohol consumption which is unuaual for this Beachbody girl. I will do my best to reduce the Cheer in an effort to not sabitoge my workouts.
Move past the threshold and push past being uncomfortable. The exception to this is the injury to my bicep. I still need to be cautious with push-ups and must focus on strenghening the back when I can't do more with push-ups and restrictions from bicep tendon injury.
Once I accomplish these goals I will allow myself to submit my results and earn my tshirt. The next thirty days starts on Monday, July 11, 2011 - Tuesday, August, 9, 2011.
This week I will recover and test out some TRX and Relief to prepare for my start on 7/11/2011. Can't wait.
