Completed P90X

Little slow on updating this blog. We completed the P90x program in the first week of April and continue to use it along with other exercise methods, like running.

First 4 Days of P90X -- Done!

We've done legs and back, plyometrics, shoulders and arms and, we can't forget - Yoga X!

My legs, butt and back are sore/tight but otherwise doing good!

Actually had plyo done by 6:00 AM this morning -- on a Monday!

Day 1 of P90X in the books!

Well, Ronda and I finished Day 1 of our Beachbody P90X workout by 8:00 AM - Shoulders, Arms and Ab Ripper X done! Focused on shoulders and arms for about an hour and then abs for 16 minutes. Will need to increase weights next time for my 10 reps. The Ab Ripper X was really hard! Will probably do Yoga X tomorrow.

Start P90X on Jan 1, 2010!

Did Shakeology and Power 90 for 90 days along with some swimming and treadmill intervals.

Will start P90X (classic) with Ronda on Jan 1, 2010.

Nearing the End of Power 90

Yesterday I did Power 90 cardio and abs. Best I've done on the abs -- pretty close to the 200 reps.

Today we'll do the sculpting.

Yesterday we ordered P90X and will start it the first week of Jan.
